Refund Policy
At Jons Wrap Works, we are committed to providing top-quality car wrapping services and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with the results. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the wrap due to installation errors or material defects, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost. Refunds may be considered if the wrap is found to be defective or if there is a clear discrepancy between the agreed-upon design and the final product. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service completion, and refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preference after the wrap has been applied, for damage caused after service completion, or for issues related to rust that was not properly repaired before wrapping. Rust must be fixed either by our team or by a third party we can recommend before any wrapping service is performed.
